Membership is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age and older. Membership is FREE, voluntary and limited to registered Members only. Re-sellers/Wholesalers are not eligible for this Program.

Rewards Balance

Divas Lace Wigs will maintain your dollars. We will provide your pending and available rewards on your paid New Order Approval order form.

 

Earning Rewards

The first points you earn is for signing up for our Membership. You must sign up to participate. You can make a purchase or complete any item to earn reward dollars. Money can be earned and redeemed on your next order. Most rewards have a set amount, except Purchases.

Spend $250 = $2.50 Reward

Rewards are tracked by Divas Lace Wigs and are available by contacting us via phone or email.

 

Rewards/Dollars will be added to your Account only after your order has been completed. The amount earned is based on your paid order. Rewards earned in a current order cannot be spent on the same order, but is redeemable on your next order.

Sign-Up - Membership

Sign up is Free and voluntary and not required to purchase from us. Get 1000 points automatically when you sign up. Receive Newsletter, product updates, promotions, specials, birthday and member discounts. Rewards can be earned and used immediately on your first paid order. Rewards earned during the purchase cannot be used on the current purchase, but your next purchase. 

 

Complete the sign-up form. If you’re already a Member, you will automatically receive the Sign-Up reward. The Loyalty Rewards Membership Program replaces the Membership Program.

 

Birthday $$

Get $10.00 discount on your birthday. Purchase anytime during your birthday month to redeem. Please complete your birthday on the sign-up form.

Refer a Friend

Get $25.00 OFF when you refer your friend and they purchases a lace wig or hair system within the current year. Your friend gets $15.00 OFF that can be used on their first order. New customers only: Referral points will be awarded once your friend has made a purchase. 

 

Reviews

Get $2.00 points for leaving a review on our social media platform. Give specifics about what you liked or didn’t like about the product reviewed.

 

Rewards Balance

Divas Lace Wigs will maintain your balance. We will provide your available rewards balance after each sale or you can request anytime.

 

Redeem

Redeeming rewards is like using cash. Rewards redeemed will reduce the purchase price by that amount. Rewards earned in a current order cannot be spent on the same order, but is redeemable on your next order.

 

Members may redeem their rewards by placing their order online, email or call us. The rewards are credited to the order, along with any Membership Discounts active at the time. We’ll email the Loyalty Rewards Membership Program rewards to you. The rewards earned in your current order can only be used on your next order.

 

Returns

Stock products can be returned or exchanged for a small restocking fee. The rewards used for that order no longer apply and are not available for any order. Does not apply to custom products. Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Exclusions

Taxes and shipping are excluded from earning rewards.

Rewards earned in a current order cannot be spent on the same order, but is redeemable on your next order.

Rewards accumulated by a Member cannot be shared, given to, or combined with another member or given to a non-member.

 

Expiration

Divas Lace Wigs may terminate this program at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice. All rewards earned at the time of terminating this program will be honored.

 

Revoke Membership

A Member's membership in the Loyalty Membership Rewards Program may be revoked at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect a Member's eligibility for participation in any other programs or purchases.
